Delivery and Returns
Delivery rates can be reviewed at checkout before placing your order. Sales taxes will be calculated at checkout where applicable. We typically ship your order within 24 hours. Where possible, we will try to ship the same day. During peak periods, there may be a delay of one day.
There will be two delivery attempts made for local delivery. Should the delivery be unsuccessful, customers will have to bear the redelivery shipping fee of SGD$5.00.

*Free international delivery to Hong Kong, Macao, Malaysia, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, UAE and Bahrain for purchases above SGD 200. Free international delivery to all other listed countries for purchases above SGD 250.
If you order a pre-ordered item in the same transaction as other products, your order will be delivered in full once the pre-ordered item is in stock. Split shipments can be accommodated with a separate delivery fee imposed per shipment.

Cancellation / Returns & Refunds
Customers are allowed to make changes to orders placed within 4 hours of making their purchases. However, we are unable to accept changes to orders outside the 4-hour window since our orders are immediately and automatically sent out for fulfilment and logistics processing once they've been received.
We cannot accept cancellations for purchases after orders are shipped. If you have made a mistake with your order details or shipping address, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly assist you if the order has not yet been shipped.
All sales are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.
